The FE HR Hub helps bring together a community of People professionals working across the many different activities of the HR spectrum. And they’re all in Further Education in Wales, England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. It’s an inclusive community of professionals who can connect, share and grow together.
Nicola Perkins, Founder
I’m Nicola Perkins, founder of the FE HR Hub. For more than 25 years, Further Education has been at the heart of my career – as a senior HR leader, consultant, coach and passionate advocate for the sector.
I know first-hand how demanding it can be to lead people and culture work in FE. Expectations are high, resources are stretched and priorities constantly compete. Too often, talented HR and People professionals are left carrying too much, with too little time or space to step back – and the work can sometimes feel isolating.
I created the FE HR Hub to change that experience.
By bringing people together to connect, share and grow, we can reduce duplication, learn from one another and build confidence, capacity and resilience needed to make a greater impact.
The Hub provides practical support, trusted insight and a strong professional community – helping you move forward faster, without continually reinventing the wheel or feeling that you have to do it alone.
