Our partnership with People Insight is rooted in a shared belief that colleges make better people decisions when they genuinely understand the experiences, needs and perspectives of their workforce.
People Insight brings deep expertise in employee listening, engagement and leadership insight. The FE HR Hub brings sector knowledge, community and a close understanding of the challenges facing People teams across Further Education.
Together, we want to help colleges build stronger listening cultures — creating more meaningful opportunities for staff voice, turning feedback into action and helping leaders use insight to shape healthier, more engaged organisations.
The partnership also creates opportunities to develop sector-relevant insight, share learning across the FE community and support colleges to move beyond simply collecting data towards using it to inform real organisational change.

Our partnership with onlyFE is built on a shared commitment to Further Education and a belief that recruitment support should understand the sector, respect its pressures and help colleges use limited resources wisely.
Since 2013, onlyFE has focused exclusively on Colleges, Sixth Forms and Training Providers, supporting organisations and the professionals who build careers in the sector.
The FE HR Hub brings insight from the People community and a close understanding of the recruitment, retention and workforce challenges facing colleges. Together, we want to strengthen recruitment reach, attract new talent into FE and make it easier for people to discover the careers the sector offers.
The partnership also creates opportunities to share insight and explore changing workforce needs across Further Education.

Getting Involved with the FE HR Breakfast Club
The FE HR Breakfast Club brings People professionals from across Further Education together twice each term to explore the issues shaping people leadership across the sector.
Sessions are practical, conversational and rooted in the realities facing colleges. Alongside peer discussion, we regularly invite guest speakers, specialists and sector partners to contribute insight, research, case studies and short developmental sessions.
For partners and contributors, the Breakfast Club offers an opportunity to share genuinely useful expertise with the FE People community — not simply to promote services, but to add value, stimulate discussion and help colleagues respond to emerging challenges.
Recent themes have included AI and culture, employee relations, strategic workforce planning, coaching culture, employment rights and cyber resilience.

Contribute as a Guest Speaker
We regularly invite specialists, practitioners and sector partners to contribute to Breakfast Club sessions where their insight can add genuine value to the FE People community. Contributions might include emerging research, practical case studies, employment law updates, leadership development or perspectives on current sector challenges.
Other Ways to Collaborate
We’re also open to exploring other forms of collaboration where there is clear alignment with the needs of the FE People community — including event support, research, sector insight and co-created resources.
